Pre-order cancellation policy

Some bycntrd products are sold as pre-orders. This means you pay now and we send your order once the stock arrives. The expected ship date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

Payment You pay the full price, including shipping, when you place your pre-order.

Cancelling your pre-order You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched, and we'll give you a full refund, including shipping. Just email us at [your email] with your order number. We'll confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If the ship date changes If your pre-order is delayed, we'll email you with the new date. You can then keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders with in-stock items If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we'll ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives. If you'd rather have your in-stock items sooner, email us and we'll sort it out.

After dispatch Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Our usual returns and refunds policy applies instead. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of stock arriving.

Your rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
